CITL displays recent transactions. Is it a bug or a feature?

According to a fellow rumoursandfacts author the CITL will display all types of transactions just be changing some numbers…

 

Ok, lets give it a try, check out this transaction (sorry for being to explizit to anyone mentioned in this example, it was the first one I have found so I kept tracking it. It is only to show the feature/bug with the CITL, if there is any..)

What will the EUA price be at the end of 2010/2011/2012? (Nov 2010)

Major analysts polled by Reuters slightly lowered their 2010 price forecasts for EUAs from 15.90 euros (09/2010 poll) to 15.70 euros.

Update (December 8th) Point Carbon analysts forgot to update the numbers two weeks ago and now changed their short-term price forecasts for EUAs.

Analysts have decreased their price forecasts for EUAs under the EU ETS for 2010, but they see prices rising in subsequent years due to regulation and an improving economy, Reuters reports. Nevertheless, Deutsche Bank expects significant higher prices by the end of 2010 (more details)
