Names in carbon VAT fraud

Hi, does anyone know any names of the six/seven guys from Deutsche Bank who are prosecuted for their role in the carbon VAT fraud? One was mentioned during the trial, last name starts with H, first name is Dominik or Dominic, another one .

IETA/CMIA plans side events for EUA VAT trails in Germany

With a growing interest in the development of the EUA VAT trails in Germany rumours say that IETA/CMIA are planing side events and are now gathering topics and suitable speakers. As the trails will most probably last longer then any COP/MOP ever has, and, with an estimated value of more than a billion dollars, has a far higher value then any of the last COPs, it seems more then reasonable to get involved!

I am not so sure of the quality of what Mark C. Lewis, DB Research is saying here. Recession, massive international political confrontation, everything ‘down to fear’…! What will the EUA price be at the end of 2010/2011/2012? (Nov 2010)

Major analysts polled by Reuters slightly lowered their 2010 price forecasts for EUAs from 15.90 euros (09/2010 poll) to 15.70 euros.

Update (December 8th) Point Carbon analysts forgot to update the numbers two weeks ago and now changed their short-term price forecasts for EUAs.

What will the EUA price be at the end of 2010?

Analysts have increased their price forecasts for EUAs under the EU ETS for 2010 and beyond. They expect a tighter cap on emissions from 2012 and higher emissions from companies as they recover from recession (from Reuters news)
